담아(Dama)(이하 "앱")는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여깁니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 처리하는지 설명합니다.
앱은 별도의 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
앱에 저장한 링크(URL), 제목, 설명, 카테고리, 즐겨찾기·읽음 여부 등은 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다(Apple의 SwiftData 프레임워크 사용). 이 정보는 외부 서버로 전송되거나 당사가 수집하지 않습니다.
사파리, 인스타그램 등 다른 앱에서 "공유" 기능으로 링크를 저장할 때, 해당 링크 정보는 기기 내 앱 간 공유 저장소(App Group)를 통해 앱으로 전달됩니다. 이 과정은 기기 내부에서만 이루어지며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
저장한 링크의 제목, 설명, 썸네일 이미지를 보여주기 위해 앱은 해당 링크가 가리키는 웹사이트로 네트워크 요청을 보냅니다(Apple의 LinkPresentation 프레임워크 및 자체 HTML 파싱 사용). 이 과정에서 해당 웹사이트 또는 Apple의 관련 서비스가 요청 시각, IP 주소 등 일반적인 네트워크 접속 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다. 앱은 이 요청 외에 별도의 사용자 식별 정보를 함께 전송하지 않습니다.
앱은 분석(Analytics) SDK, 광고 SDK, 크래시 리포팅 SDK 등 제3자 소프트웨어를 포함하지 않습니다. 사용자의 앱 사용 행태를 추적하거나 광고 목적으로 데이터를 수집하지 않습니다.
당사는 사용자의 정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다. 위 4번 항목에서 설명한, 사용자가 저장한 링크의 대상 웹사이트로 보내는 일반적인 네트워크 요청 외에는 외부로 전송되는 정보가 없습니다.
앱 내에서 링크를 삭제하거나 앱을 기기에서 삭제하면 해당 정보도 함께 삭제됩니다. 별도의 서버 백업이 없으므로 복구할 수 없습니다.
향후 iCloud를 이용한 백업·복원 기능이 추가될 경우, 저장한 링크 데이터가 사용자의 iCloud 계정에 저장될 수 있습니다. 이 경우 본 방침을 갱신하고 업데이트 노트로 안내합니다.
본 앱은 특정 연령층을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 13세 미만 아동으로부터 의도적으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
본 방침은 앱 기능 변경에 따라 갱신될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 시 앱 업데이트 노트 등을 통해 안내합니다.

Dama ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles.
The App does not require account creation or sign-in. We do not collect identifying information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
Links (URLs), titles, descriptions, categories, and read/favorite status you save are stored only on your device, using Apple's SwiftData framework. This information is not transmitted to or collected by us.
When you save a link via the Share action from apps like Safari or Instagram, that link data is passed to the App through an on-device shared container (App Group). This happens entirely on your device and is never sent externally.
To display a title, description, and thumbnail for a saved link, the App makes a network request to the website the link points to (using Apple's LinkPresentation framework and our own HTML parsing). As a normal consequence of any network request, that website (or Apple's related service) may see standard connection information such as request time and IP address. The App does not attach any additional user-identifying information to these requests.
The App does not include any analytics SDK, advertising SDK, or crash-reporting SDK. We do not track your usage behavior or collect data for advertising purposes.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Other than the link-preview network requests described in Section 4, no information is sent outside your device.
Deleting a link in the App, or deleting the App from your device, removes that data. There is no server-side backup, so deleted data cannot be recovered.
If an iCloud-based backup/restore feature is added in the future, your saved link data may be stored in your iCloud account. This policy will be updated and announced via release notes if that happens.
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
This policy may be updated as the App's features change. Material changes will be announced through app update notes.
